Lack of Positive Male Mentorship

Many students navigate adolescence without consistent guidance from relatable male role models.

Behavioral and Emotional Dysregulation

Our field trips are designed to offer students an immersive, hands-on experience with top-tier wellness practices while giving them a behind-the-scenes look at the business side of said industry. From visiting a strength & conditioning gym where professional athletes train, to exploring a recovery studio with sports massages and cold plunge therapies, students will gain insight into the routines that promote peak well-being.

Wellness Wearables

The Wellness Wearable Kit is designed to enhance the participants’ experience by providing practical tools they can use beyond the program. Includes a comfortable sweatsuit / athleisure top and bottom from our wellness brand, a tote bag, and a laminated nutritional guide. Kit fosters a sense of unity and accomplishment, giving students something to wear and use as they carry forward lessons learned, while also creating a bond as they complete the program together.

Ongoing Mentorship

Our on-going mentorship provides a supportive space for students after completing the program. We meet with the cohort monthly, offering open discussions that foster deeper connections. Acting as “big brothers,” we guide the young men in navigating academic, emotional, and mental challenges, ensuring they continue to grow and thrive beyond the program.

IV Wellness Drip

for Staff

As part of every 8-week (or longer) partnership, we offer a complimentary IV therapy session through our wellness brand, Kurve Lab Recovery, for one administrator or staff member of the school’s choice.

While our primary mission is to uplift students, we
recognize that sustainable impact begins with a
supported and energized staff. Educators and
administrators are on the front lines every day and
we believe in pouring into those who pour into our
youth.

A recharged staff helps carry the Blueprint forward—even when we’re not in the room.

These IV drips are administrated by a licenced
and certified medical professional

Accountability

Foundations of Holistic Wellness

This week introduces students to the basics of holistic wellness, focusing on building self-awareness and setting the stage for lifelong healthy habits through meditation, breathing exercises, and low-impact movements. By fostering a sense of accountability for their well-being, students are likely to develop better self-discipline, which can improve their focus and engagement in school. These practices aim to reduce stress, contributing to better attendance, fewer behavioral infractions, and a solid foundation for academic success.

Discipline

Nutrition and Healthy Eating

Focusing on the importance of nutrition, this week teaches students how to make healthy, budget-conscious food choices while exploring culturally relevant, nutritious foods. Through practical activities like meal planning and mindful eating, students will develop disciplined eating habits, leading to improved energy levels, concentration, and overall well-being. This can translate into better academic performance, reduced absenteeism due to health issues, and a more positive classroom experience.

Confidence & Consistency

Physical Fitness & Emotional Well-Being

This week highlights the connection between regular exercise and mental health by introducing students to various forms of physical activity and techniques for managing stress through movement. By building confidence in their physical abilities and fostering consistency in exercise routines, students can enhance their self-esteem and resilience, which are crucial for overcoming academic challenges. Regular physical activity also supports mental health, leading to fewer behavioral infractions and more consistent school attendance.

Self Regulation

Mental Health and Stress Management

Students will explore techniques for managing mental health and reducing stress, with a focus on self-regulation and addressing behavioral challenges. Through meditation, breathwork, and emotional intelligence exercises, students will learn to maintain emotional balance, which can create a more positive and focused classroom environment. These skills are designed to reduce behavioral infractions, help students manage academic pressures, and ultimately enhance their overall school experience.

Personal Responsibility

Preventive Healthcare and Personal Hygiene

This week emphasizes the importance of preventive healthcare and personal hygiene as pillars of long-term health. By learning about regular check-ups, vaccinations, and personal care routines, students will understand their personal responsibility in maintaining health, which can help them avoid preventable illnesses and improve their school attendance. Good hygiene practices also contribute to a healthier school environment, leading to fewer absences and better academic outcomes.

Gratitude & Belonging

Certification and Celebration

In the final week, students will reflect on their journey and celebrate their achievements, reinforcing concepts of gratitude and belonging. The certification ceremony marks their commitment to continuing their wellness journey and strengthens their connection to the school community. This sense of belonging can lead to improved attendance, reduced behavioral issues, and a greater commitment to academic success as students feel more supported and valued within their school environment.
